New Family Information

Welcome to the Academy family! A new school is a big transition and we want to help you in any way we can. Below you will find lots of information to help you make a smooth transition as you partner with us in Christian education.
 
 
All students are required to be in uniform every day. Academy uniforms may be purchased at Dennis Uniform. The store keeps an updated list of all acceptable uniform choices by grade. Additional dress code requirements such as shoes and socks may be found in the Parent/Student Handbook (see the next section on this page).

There is also a Facebook page for used uniforms: Whitesburg Christian Academy Uniform Exchange.
You will be able to access ParentsWeb (a RenWeb service) at any time after your enrollment is complete using the link under Quick Links. Our district code is WA-AL. Your username and password will be the same as the one used for enrollment. Your student will receive a username and password from school to access assignments, homework, grades, etc. Lots of important information can be found on ParentsWeb. There is also a Whitesburg Christian  Academy free mobile app that can be downloaded from the App Store. 
 
All new 5th and 6th graders may choose to join the band. For instrument selection, questions, etc., please contact Jonathan Willis [email protected]

School supplies are included in the curriculum and supplies fee. So, no need to buy them!

You will receive a carpool number.  Please make sure your student(s) know this number by heart.  Please review the Back to School information for carline procedures.
