Financial Aid

Any family may apply for financial aid through FACTS (a third party organization). FACTS performs an objective analysis for us and determines need. The Academy may award up to 50% of tuition based on this assessment. This aid application process must be completed each year.
 
Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application ($35 fee) and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by April 30 prior to the start of each fall season. You can apply online here. First time users should create an account by clicking "Register". Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of your 2017 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
 
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online. Please be aware that applications take 2 weeks to process after submission.
