Kerry Douglas is Library Media Specialist at the Academy for the upper school. He was born in New Orleans, but was raised in Arab, Alabama. Mr. Douglas has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Alabama and a Master of Library and Information Systems, also from the University of Alabama. Mr. Douglas has 21 years of experience in libraries at Judson College and the Tuscaloosa Public Library. Mr. Douglas' wife, Nora, is the grammar school librarian at the Academy, so they form a great team. They are parents of two sons, Jacob and Benjamin. He is a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Cullman, AL. In his free time, he reads science and history non-fiction. His favorite Bible verse is Rev. 21:4.
