I hereby authorize Whitesburg Christian Academy to obtain my credit history, conduct a criminal background check and check for information concerning me from former employers, academic institutions and others. I release all concerned from any liability in connection therein. I waive any rights that I may have to inspect references, letters or statements provided on my behalf.
I understand that I may be asked to complete a personality assessment. The results of such an assessment become the sole property of Whitesburg Christian Academy.
If employed by Whitesburg Christian Academy, I agree to abide by Whitesburg Christian Academy’s policies and procedures. I understand that these policies and procedures may be changed, withdrawn, added or interpreted at any time at Whitesburg Christian Academy’s sole option and without prior notice to me.
I acknowledge that by submitting my resume for consideration that I do not have a contract of employment with Whitesburg Christian Academy.
I further acknowledge that if employed, my employment with Whitesburg Christian Academy may be terminated, or any offer or acceptance of employment withdrawn, at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice at the option of Whitesburg Christian Academy or myself.
I further understand that if Whitesburg Christian Academy employs me that a personnel file will be maintained on me and Whitesburg Christian Academy may maintain a separate medical file on me.
