Job Summary:

Upper School Choir & Praise Band Director, Part-Time
Job Summary:
The Choir & Praise Band Director provides music instruction for middle school and high school students through the school's choral program while also leading the student praise band for chapel services. This role focuses on developing students' vocal abilities, musical literacy, and performance skills while cultivating an appreciation for music and worship within a Christ-centered educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach middle school and high school choir classes, providing instruction in vocal technique, music reading, and ensemble performance.
- Plan and implement engaging lessons that promote musical growth and understanding of choral music.
- Select developmentally appropriate choral literature for students with varying levels of musical experience.
- Prepare students for performances such as school concerts, chapel services, and other special events.
- Lead and coordinate the student praise band, guiding vocalist and instrumentalists in preparing music for chapel worship.

Job Summary:
Part-time teacher for High School level French courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach French 1 - 3 high school courses.
- Ensures an optimal classroom environment with clear and reasonable expectations for student conduct.
- Plan, develop, and execute lesson plans that integrate Biblical Truth.
- Maintain professional competence through in-service training and education activities provided by The Academy and/or in self-selected professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in French and/or Education.

- 3 - 5 years teaching experience required.

Job Summary:
Whitesburg Christian Academy is seeking a Technology Assistant to help maintain and support the school's technology systems. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, strong technical support, and demonstrate a heart for serving others in a Christ-centered educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of computers and classroom technology.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
